Hi,
I am Sam, yes that is me next to the extremely handsome bear.
I started making bears about six years ago now, quite by accident really. I now do not quite know what my life would be like without them or the hope of continuing to make them. I recently had to have a year off due to ill health and a serious operation that left me unable to make them for a while.
It made me realise that I really do love making them and want to continue for as long as I can, even if it does take me longer than usual!!
I try now, to make bears that are individuals or extremely limited editions as I cannot keep a vast amount of the same fur in stock so this enables me to offer a wider, ever changing range, and also I always have many more ideas than I can produce so it is always a challenge.
I also work full-time and try to keep a house and a partner who can be extremely demanding as he is a motorbike freak and likes the social life that comes along with it, so you can begin to build the picture, BUSY, BUSY, BUSY !!!!
I do hope you like my bears and my web site and I hope you keep tabs on what me, and the bears are getting up to from time to time.
